About Coco Palms

The villa is privately owned, recently renovated and very well maintained. It has terracotta tiled floors and large patio doors to all living rooms, and the cooling Caribbean trade winds blow throughout, so although there is air conditioning to all rooms, there is rarely a need to use it.

The large master bedroom has a super-kingsize bed, patios back and front, and a large en-suite bathroom with giant bathtub/shower, bidet, wash basin, etc. The spacious second bedroom has a patio with sea and pool views, twin beds and an en-suite shower room.

Upstairs, the large living space has a well fitted kitchen, pretty furnished seating area, dining table and chairs, television and DVD player. This leads out to an extensive balcony, half of which is covered to provide protection from the heat of the sun. The view from the balcony is magnificent, looking over the adjacent pool and beyond to the turquoise sea and hills (where Eric Clapton is among the celebrities who own homes). As the villa faces west the sunsets are particularly spectacular.

All around the villa are shady coconut and date palm trees and, in season, there is also a mango and a banana tree. Just right for fruit salad!
